Promo Cards are a powerful feature that replaces the standard Call-out Cards with product showcases. This tool allows you to display up to 10 of your best-selling products directly within the chat interface, enabling customers to view details and add items to their cart without leaving the conversation.

How to Enable and Configure Promo Cards

Promo Cards are disabled by default to maintain your existing setup. Follow these steps to enable and configure this feature:

  1. Log in to your HeiChat dashboard
  2. Navigate to Setup > Function Button
  3. Locate the Promo Card configuration section
  4. Add your best-selling products (up to 10 items)
  5. Toggle the switch to enable Promo Cards (this will replace the Call-out Card)
  6. For each product, provide:
    • Product name
    • Price (and discounted price if applicable)
    • Product image
    • Direct link to the product page
    • Add to cart button
  7. Save your configuration

How Customers Experience Promo Cards

When a customer engages with your chat interface, they'll see the Promo Cards display after the initial interaction. The cards present an attractive, scrollable carousel of your selected products with:

  • Product images
  • Product names
  • Current prices (with discount indicators when applicable)
  • "Add to Cart" buttons for immediate purchasing

Customers can browse through all featured products and add items to their cart without interrupting their conversation with your chat assistant.

You'll need to select your top 10 products. We recommend rotating products periodically to showcase your full range.
