Brand Settings

You can control the logo that appears in the store, whether it appears on the left or right, the head portrait of the robot, and the text in the pop-up box.

Function Button

Set function button here so that customer can quick explore or submit a ticket

Talk To Human

If you have real customer service, HeiChat supports setting specific time slots. The words "talk to human" will appear on the chat record page. If customers need to directly contact human customer support, they can simply click on this button, and a message will appear in the live chat on the backend. Human customer support can join in at any time. (The mobile app version also supports this feature).
