Defining Own AI

Click the conversation on the left.

After installation, HeiChat will automatically read the products and policies of the store, and the customization has been preliminarily completed.

However, if there is additional content, such as the detailed description of the product model, such as the content that does not appear in the store policy but customers need to answer questions, you can upload it here.

The uploaded content ai will learn and answer according to the corresponding content.

Supports uploading links, pdf,txt, and text. The content does not need to have a format. Just upload it directly.

Of course, the following format is the best.
