Real-Time Event Notifications with Webhooks
As a Shopify in-store app, HeiChat sends email notifications for important events, such as new tickets, new orders, or when your tokens are running low. However, emails can sometimes be missed or delayed.
To provide a more robust service, we now support webhooks for pushing core events in real-time. You can use your own custom webhooks or connect with services like Zapier to receive these notifications instantly. You can find the configuration settings in the Integration section in the left sidebar.

Supported Events
Currently, you can receive webhook notifications for the following events:
- Auto Ticket Sync: A new ticket is created by the AI.
- New User Information Sync: A new user profile is captured.
- Out-of-Stock Alert: A customer inquires about an out-of-stock product.
- New Order Generated by AI: The AI successfully leads to a new order.
Seamless Helpdesk Integration
You can complete the webhook setup with simple configurations, requiring no development work. This allows you to integrate HeiChat's events directly into your existing helpdesk ecosystem (like Zendesk, Gorgias, etc.) without leaving your workflow. You can continue to use HeiChat as the primary AI for customer interactions on your Shopify store while managing the outcomes in your central support system.
